Yes!
You (“license holder”) can produce commercial and personal typographic projects and gifts.
Personal use is a small quantity project or gift for YOU, a friend or a family member.
Commercial use is often confused with being specifically for business or profit. That’s not necessarily the case. This includes all promotional products.
You should purchase a license for websites, blogs, videos, YouTube channels, and other media or social platforms with web-views.
Yes!
You can produce digital products for resale. (Printables, invitations, greeting cards, embroidery designs, cutting files, SVG, JPEG, PNG files, etc.)
Digital products may NEVER include the font file itself.
You may NOT create products with the letters as your primary point of sale. See Alphabet Products.
Yes!
Make products to sell, both in-person or online, that includes text. Make paper crafts, wall art, stamps, t-shirts, embroidery, signs, jewelry, greeting cards, stationery, mugs, home-décor, etc.
Yes!
Create brands, logos, stationery, and business-related products for yourself or on behalf of a client. If the client desires the font installed on their computer, they must purchase their own copy. Logo uses other than static design images may require additional licensing. You may copyright or trademark your logo unless it contains other elements, graphics, shapes, fonts. You may NOT copyright or trademark the font typed as a stand-alone design. Please remember you do NOT have exclusive use of the font and may not be able to dispute another company’s logo or brand.
Yes. Desktop licensing allows you to design and upload static* images only. i.e. PNG, JPEG images created with the font can be used on websites, blogs, social media, etc.
You may NOT Install or upload the font to a webserver and access it for use on your pages in any format. An additional Web-font License is required to upload or embed files in your website. Please Contact Me.
Yes. Desktop licensing allows you to produce only static images for digital and physical design files for embroidery, stamps, stickers, die-cut, vinyl, decals and like products, that include text, phrases, names, quotes, etc. The font must be part of a larger design.
You may NOT reproduce the the whole (or partial) alphabet, letters, numbers, symbols, characters from the font.
No. Alphabet Products are defined as the reproduction of the font alphabet, individual letters, numbers, symbols, or any characters from the font (in physical or digital form) that further allow a third-party to use characters from a font to create new designs. This includes (but is not limited to): embroidery alphabets, stamps, stickers, stencils, die-cut products, digital alphabets, applique, etc.
You may NEVER rename the font file, alphabet, or individual letter sets.
If you are granted permission to produce Alphabet Products, your customers (third parties) may not use those alphabets for commercial resale. Each third party must purchase their own license for commercial use.

Yes. A standard desktop license allows the use of the font in static image titles and text for use in books, magazines and publications. Large quantity publishing, of more than 10,000 physical print units per title requires an additional license.
E-books, E-publishing and Interactive PDF Files requires an E-publishing license. Please Contact me.
An additional Web-font License allows you to upload or embed a font file in your own CSS code using the @font-face element. Most common uses are headings and text blocks on websites. Web-fonts are permitted for use on your own website as woff and woff2 formats ONLY. One license per font per domain.
A Web-font license excludes the following categories: Themes, Web Templates, Games, Apps, Software, Type Testers, Font Preview Tools, Interactive or Editable PDF’s, and the embedding of ttf or otf files in any web database. Please Contact me.
Yes. A Desktop license allows use the font in static, read-only, non-editable, non-interactive PDF files. I do not allow fonts to be embedded in editable PDF files or any type of editable file or template that allows a third-party access to custom typeset. Editable and interactive PDF files require an e-publishing license. Please Contact me.
A Server License permits centralized font installation on a company server for internal use by multiple employees. Usage is limited to standard Desktop use applications. Upgraded server licensing is available.
A server license does NOT include POD, SaaS, or any customizable typography product, website or app where a third-party can create custom typeset with the font. Please Contact me.
No. Additional E-Publishing License required for embedding the font in e-books, magazines, interactive PDF’s or other digital and web-based publications. One e-pub license per title. The use of static font images in digital publications, does not require additional licensing and is included with the desktop purchase. This does NOT include editable template files. Additional App Licensing is required when fonts are embedded into website themes, design templates, editable PDF’s, or other editable design files intended for sale. This applies to any application where a third party can access the font to create new or customized designs. Please Contact me.
Restricted. Please contact me for custom App Licensing. Embedding the font in Desktop and/or mobile applications, games, and software require an additional license. This does NOT include typography apps and software. Please Contact me.
A Desktop license permits the font used in static* images only.
You may NOT include the font in POD (Print on Demand), Typography Personalization or Customizable product websites. You may NOT embed the font in web databases, upload to web servers and websites that allow a third-party to choose from a list of fonts to create custom typeset for personalized projects, gifts, stationery, photobooks, customized apparel, etc. Please Contact Me.
No. You may NOT embed, upload, or otherwise make the font file available in any custom typography tools. This includes, but is not limited to: customer preview tools, apps, or widgets where buyers type their own text; Print‑on‑Demand or personalization services that generate custom products (stickers, mugs, shirts, etc.); or any platform where third parties can create new designs using the font.
You may NOT use the font in preview databases, websites, or platforms that host font files for public testing. Embedding in third‑party software or databases where raw font files are exposed is strictly prohibited.

No. I do NOT permit the use of fonts or graphics in SaaS (or any other customization or personalization) based apps or services. Websites, apps or services (Software as a Service (SaaS) where the licensee's end user can modify (or alter the outline of) the text within a (template) product using the licensed asset without themselves having a license to the asset is not permitted.
TV and Broadcast (Commercials, Video, Film, Podcasts, Webinars) refers to the use of the font in titles, credits, or other on-screen text.

Any Project transfer to a third-party aiding in media applications outside license holder’s capabilities (producer, publisher, production manager, manufacturer) must accompany and do so in accordance with the terms of this document. All parties agree not to use the Font in any manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of the font software or violates the terms of this EULA. License holder will be held legally responsible for third-party transfer. Does NOT Include Resale.
You may NOT modify or create derivative works based on the font without permission. You may gain permission to make alterations and modifications to letters.
You may NEVER alter the properties or functionality of the font file.

You may NEVER rename the font file, alphabet, or letter sets at any time, for any reason. You may NOT claim the font, alphabet design, or single forms as your own.
If you are granted permission to produce an alphabet or letter-form project, you MUST use the original name.
If you have an installation problem because of conflicting / similar names – Please contact me before changing the name,
No. You may NEVER sublicense, sell or distribute the font file. You may NOT include the font file in digital downloads. You may NOT share with friends or give the file as a freebie. You may NOT install the font on a device at another place of employment.
All licenses are non‑transferable.
No. All licenses are non‑transferable. Fonts may not be resold, shared, or transferred to another party. You may NOT resell the font itself, or any alphabet/partial alphabet products, without written permission and the purchase of an additional license. If permission is granted for alphabet products, your customer may not use the alphabet in any form to produce commercial work. Each third party must obtain their own license for commercial use.

By downloading and/or installing the font, you (license holder) agree to follow terms and conditions of this End User Licensing Agreement (EULA).
A Basic Commercial License is a Desktop License. One License per Font.
Desktop License is non-exclusive, non-transferrable, world-wide license
Each purchase is for a single user or “seat” on up to 3 of their own devices. Work computers are not included unless you work from home. A single “user” is one individual person.
A “project” is a single concept.

All copyright and other rights belong to Emily Spadoni Creative Type & Design, Inc. (“copyright holder”) This agreement does not give you the copyright to font software; only the rights to use the font as described in this license. Copyright holder reserves the right to terminate your license immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.
Emily Spadoni Creative Type & Design, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages from loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, projects damage or software damage) arising out of the inability or inexperience to use the product. Copyright holder reserves the right to modify this document.
Extended and/or Custom Licensing may be available for applications that fall outside of the Basic Commercial License. One Extended License per project. Extended and Custom License prices may vary. I create an invoice and tailor a license based on your specific individual needs.
It's actually really easy. I invoice all of my licenses directly. I manage every additional or custom license on an individual basis. Please just contact me with your request. Provide a detailed description of your application, and the font name.
